Last year I entered a custody case with this little boy that I used to know as my son.The person who was "said" to be his father had his mother to take emergency custody of him using false accusations.My mother soon after this talked to the woman and was going to obtain custody of him when she all of a sudden missed a court date and decided to just give up.That's when the state jumped in and said that they would decide.My mother had teporary custody of him at that time and we had decided to keep it that way when CPS(child protection services) took it into their hands to send him to foster care for 10 days until something could be worked out because we had more negative comments made about us to them,which were also false.So here he is in foster care after being in our home from the time he was born til then with someone he knew nothing of,someone who wasnt his mother,someone who wasnt his grandmother.Because that's who he loved the most.My father,wanting to be the outstanding citizen,said that he would then get custody of him because CPS said that there were too many people living in our home at the time.He did and from that point on,after telling me that he wanted to make sure that Landon didnt go back to tate custody then he would give custody back to me,wouldnt let me come get him,keep him overnight,anything that included me in his life.So the people that he loved the most were all of a sudden excluded.My son didnt know who I was when I seen him again.From the look on his face he didnt care.Then after he got used to my mother and i again he was so confused that he was calling my father and step father "daddy" and my mother,my fathers girlfriend,and me "mommy".They tried to say he was unstable here.That isnt stable at all.Mental stability is an issue whether they say so or not.My father likes women.He has one of his own with a good job,he has a good job,both drive nice cars and trucks,a brand new house with a pool,2 teenage kids living with them and now,my son.So why wouldnt he be happy? Well you'll find out in my next entries.make sure to read them and keep in mind that my mothers name is Lisa Cowan.The girl in the conversations named lisa_r_cowan is my mother and it is plain to see that is her name.The name puter_perv99 is my father talking to her,knowing who she is and the other name tight_jeans 42728 is a name I made up for talking to him and making him beleive that I was someone else to see if he would cheat on her.
